Whats Wrong With Our Mercedes? Trip to Mercedes Service Center. Which will be my new car?

Our 1 year old Mercedes is showing an alert message "Check Coolant Level". Need to get it checked. Why? The car was just serviced in Feb, 18. Was the fluid not topped off in the yearly service? Are Mercedes reliable.

We go to the dealer and dealer performs complimentary service and car wash. The coolant is topped off in less than 15 mins. Overall a good customer service experience.
