Prague Emergency Medical Services (Czech abbreviation: ZZSHMP) ambulance 173 and doctor car 39 responding and on scene. Since you can (somewhat) compare the 2 Whelen different Justice lightbars I want to point out some things:

DIFFERENT LED MODULES
While both have the same corner modules, the inner modules are different. The Justice on the doctor car has Whelen's famous linear LED modules (seen at 1:17) while the ambulance has the CON3 modules (2:13).
The main difference is, that the linear LED modules have a better visibility from side angles. Most of the light intensity of the CON3 modules goes straight forward. I can't tell which module is brighter to the front as I need a better comparison for that.

THE JUSTICE ON THE DOCTOR CAR
One really interesting thing about the Whelen Justice on the doctor car is the the blue alley light at 1:23. Those are usually white but a few agencies also order them in different colors (like blue). Definitely a super bright option.
Also note that synchronized and very effective rear pattern.
Not sure why my camera had issues with 2 of the modules
