In certain situations, PRE-SAFE® Sound and PRE-SAFE® Plus for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupé take preemptive measures to protect the vehicle occupants. PRE-SAFE® Plus is able to intervene by warning following vehicles visually if a rear end collision is imminent. PRE-SAFE® Sound can activate a natural protective mechanism by playing a short noise signal.
