EuroMotorcars Germantown is taking all precautions when it comes to our customers' and employees' safety in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. Check out our General Manger's message about what our dealership is doing. We have put rigorous measures in place to keep the dealership sanitized and to disinfect all of our Mercedes-Benz loaners. Our service team will also take steps to ensure the cleanliness of your Mercedes-Benz. Our service lane team wears masks and gloves, prepares your vehicle with a steering wheel cover and seat covers and disinfects the inside before the car is given to our technicians. Our technicians will also take extra care by wearing protective gear and wiping down your car during your repair. When all is done and your Mercedes-Benz is ready for pickup, our team will clean the inside of your car one more time before it is given back to you. Knowing that some of our customers are hesitant to visit us for needed repairs, we are temporarily offering pick-up and delivery service for those who are within a 15-mile radius around our dealership. Please give our customer service team a call @301-601-5560 to find out if you qualify for this special service. We only have a certain amount of appointments per day for this program and ask that you schedule in advance by calling us.
