???? In todays review, lets take a look at the all new, next generation 2027 BMW X5!! It is finally here and honestly is a really great next model with the overall design and technology available! The exterior on this 2027 BMW X5 40 xDrive is finished in a beautiful green and really shows off the curvature and angles of this latest body style! The 2027 BMW X5 40 xDrive no longer has the split rear tailgate, but still gives the rear end a nice design. The interior for the 2027 BMW X5 40 xDrive has even more changes with the panoramic virtual screen and larger infotainment system. Coming from my personal LCI X5, this is very familiar feeling I definitely can see upgrading at some point! It's super easy to go through, but the one down side is the infotainment is strictly touch screen now, so no more controls other than the voice commands. So there are some things I personally don't like compared to my LCI, but overall, it's definitely a great new direction!
Driving the 2027 BMW X5 40 xDrive is very nice! Super familiar to the previous model, so if you are planning to upgrade, you will feel like you are in your car! There are also multiple options to go with, including the height adjustable suspension, so depending on your needs, you have a lot of ways to spec it! It's quiet, comfortable and smooth! The 2027 BMW X5 40 xDrive is a luxury focused SUV and one that you can drive everyday and even take on long trips! My wife and I have done that with ours and with the range as well, it's something to consider!

???? In todays review, lets take a look at the latest generation 2026 BMW X5 xDrive40i! This model also has all the M Sport packages and is very well equipped! This is I would say the most popular model for the X5 in general! It offers a mild hybrid system to help assist in low end power but it doesn't provide a full EV range like the BMW X5 xDrive50e. It's powered by a 3L twin turbo inline six cylinder which offers a lot of power and it's the most reliable engine from BMW! If you are looking for a family SUV, but you want power, excellent range and practicality, this is a great option! The exterior for this 2026 BMW X5 xDrive40i is finished off in a dravit grey with a matte PPF finish and paired with the cognac interior and has a great look! Paired with the wheels, the gloss black and red calipers, it's a nice spec! The interior also has very nice materials and trim accents throughout! It features the all new infotainment and gauge cluster screen and new shifter!
The driving experience for this 2026 BMW X5 xdrive40i is very nice! As you would expect from BMW, it's comfortable, quiet and would be a great daily driver! The exhaust note too sounds great and it can become louder as I have done with my personal X5!
From my personal experience with my previous BMW X5, it's been a great SUV and one that is very capable in both providing a luxury ride and being practical for towing and using it the way an SUV should be used!
There is also plenty of room for passengers and cargo so there is no shortage of space! Definitely add the 2026 BMW X5 to your list if you want the best of both worlds!
