Wipers were just stuck partway up the windshield. The previous owner said it just happened and figured the motor burned out. Help!!! Anybody got a motor? Maybe the switch? This is similar to the email questions I get all the time. Watch the video to discover how I fixed the problem with a part that cost less than $1.00. Moral of the story: Troubleshoot then buy parts!
