Our brand-new Mercedes-Benz ‘Centre of Excellence’ for Approved Used cars, with industry-leading facilities in Erdington, Birmingham opened on 8th April 2019. Occupying a six-acre site (5000sqm), Mercedes-Benz of Erdington is an Approved Used car retail space, with an impressive bespoke used car preparation centre. Our new business also has a brand-new purpose-built,
industry-leading after-sales facility - a new offering for customers in the area; complete with Service and MOT facilities and specialists.

Mercedes-Benz of Erdington can display over 200 vehicles; showcasing 50 models in the showroom and a further 150 vehicles outside. There will also be 12 workshop bays. All these new features are significant improvements over our previous facilities at Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham Used Cars.

The City of Birmingham will also reap the economic benefits of our ambitious plans in terms of a significant financial investment in the area as well as new job creation at Mercedes-Benz of Erdington. Our Erdington Centre of Excellence will be a must-visit destination for new and returning customers alike. With industry leading facilities, it will provide a state-of-the-art hub for professional after-sales care and world class service, as well as a collection of over 200, Approved Used cars of all ages.

We are creating a destination which is superior to any other in the area, offering guests an opportunity to experience the Mercedes-Benz brand and LSH Auto UK Customer Care together under one roof. We are also committed to sustainability in our design and operations. We are making wide-ranging environmental improvements to the area with a complete regeneration of this former derelict site. It also goes without saying that the development also complies with the Government’s BREEAM environmental scheme.
