Hi. I'm Kurt Smith, owner of Ten Flat Detailing and today on Let's Drive VR. We're featuring a 2008 SL63 AMG. Let me tell you something about this car. I'm a huge fan of these big, burly V8s. 580 horsepower, 465 foot lbs of torque which propels this monster from to zero 60 in 4.6 seconds. Not to mention, this had at the time, a state of the art transmission.

Seven Speed automatic multifunction transmission for different settings; comfort, sport, sport plus or as I like to call “angry” and then full blown manual. It's a nice feature if you want to do the paddle shift or use the lever itself. This particular car also comes with upgraded exhaust, wheels, big front brakes, big rear brakes, and one of the cool features of this convertible hardtop is its retractable time, 16 seconds..

Yes, there's stuff that's out there a little bit faster, but a really nice feature when you're ready to drop that top with this monster, one of my favorites. Let's Drive VR is sponsored by Dallas Motor Club. Let's go drive VR.
