This 1991 Mercedes-Benz 190E began life as a Japanese-market 2.6 — but in 1992, it was transformed into something far more special: a full AMG 3.2 conversion. That meant a 234bhp straight-six, full AMG aero kit, stiffer suspension, and interior upgrades including a 300km/h speedo and a 7k redline.

It’s rare. It’s subtle. And it still absolutely hauls. Before the C63 and CLA 45 came along, this was the small Merc that made noise.
