Why Mercedes Have Signed George Russell

So the news has now broke and we know George Russell will be a Mercedes driver from the 2022 Formula One season onwards, replacing Valtteri Bottas. And whether you agree with the decision or not, here are my thoughts on it all and why Mercedes have finally chosen to dump Bottas.
