One of the wildest custom cars ever made — and it started during the pandemic.
In 2020, a London-based shop called Extreme Motors found a rusty 1961 Mercedes Ponton. Around the same time, they bought a wrecked 2012 C63 AMG for ₹18 lakh — and decided to merge the two.
The team stripped both cars down, then mounted the vintage Ponton body over the AMG’s high-performance platform.
Inside? Fully loaded — AMG interior, AC, electronics, even a custom roll cage. Rear seats still work too!
Under the hood? A brutal 6.2L AMG V8 pushing 450+ horsepower — all inside a 1950s gangster-looking shell.
Old soul. New heart.
