Building on the success of the previous C63, this new generation of the super 2-door C-Class features some profound changes. Gone is the 6.2L engine, replaced by a 4.0 twin-turbo charged “Hot-V” V8 offering substantially higher levels of torque and improved fuel economy to boot. A “Hot-V” configuration means the turbochargers are nestled inside the cylinder banks, giving better packaging options, a lower centre of gravity and more power from an engine shared with the AMG GT series.
