The 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC EV was unveiled at the IAA Mobility 2025 show in Munich. The first all-electric iteration of the luxury automaker’s best-selling model since its release a decade ago, it more than recaptures that aspirational vibe, with a smooth and striking design befitting a Mercedes-Benz.
The GLC EV gets all-new electric architecture, dubbed MBEA, that will underpin all Merc EVs moving forward, highlighted by 800-volt charging technology and a maximum 360 kW output. Mercedes-Benz cites a full-charge range of north of 700 kilometres (WLTP rating) thanks to a big and powerful 94.0 kWh battery pack.
