RARE - This is a Metropolitan Police, Mercedes Benz Sprinter prisoner transport van responding twice during the Notting Hill Carnival in central London. This was quite a rare catch, especially twice! These are uncommon to see on lights and sirens so im told. Pretty happy I caught it! Enjoy!
