In 1995, Mercedes introduced the W210 series, a new generation of the E-Class with two front headlamps, which won the international "Red Dot" utility design award shortly after its launch. Customers had the choice between three design and equipment lines: CLASSIC, ELEGANCE, and AVANTGARDE. Standard equipment included countless technical innovations, from the Electronic Traction System (ETS) to the seat belt force limiter. Other innovations such as side airbags, rain sensors, and xenon headlights were available as special equipment. The Mercedes E 300 Turbodiesel, such as the one in the ad, was the top-of-the-line, most powerful diesel version in the first production phase of the W210 generation E-Class. Today, it is difficult to find a well-maintained W210 on the market, including the Avantgarde version, with full history, in a great state of preservation and maintenance. All the more reason to take a closer look at this car, which will do very well as a daily driver.
