After taking inside door panel off to repair window track pully, opening and shutting the door after a few days using the outside handle popped a tab into an incorrect position.

Unable to open door with inside cable (thereby inside handle), while outside door and central locking all works.

All available knowledge online stated to remove-replace whole latch mechanism.
I compared to my replacement part and found out how to fix.
