Is the cigarette lighter, 12V socket, or one of the power points not working on your 3rd-generation Mercedes-Benz GLA? Before taking the vehicle to a repair shop for diagnostics, there are several fuses you can check by yourself.

Power outlet fuses are located in a small fuse box inside the passenger compartment, underneath the passenger-side floor area.

To access the fuse box:

1. Remove the floor carpet from the passenger-side footwell.
2. Remove the four torx T25 screws securing the fuse box cover.
3. Remove the cover to access the fuses.

Check following fuses: Fuse 124 (20A), Fuse 126 (20A), Fuse 170 (10A).

If one of these fuses is blown, replace it with a fuse of the same amperage rating. Do not install a higher-rated fuse.

A good fuse with a non-working power outlet may point to an electrical or wiring issue. A diagnostic scan can also help identify related trouble codes. Further inspection of the wiring, electrical connections, and the power outlet itself may be necessary.
