In this DIY video, I attempt a wild fix on my Mercedes-Benz C220 CDI W203 (722.6 gearbox) by baking the selector lever position sensor (conductor plate) in the oven. After reinstalling it, I run a diagnostic with an OBD scanner, start the engine, and shift through the gears to see if it’s responsive again. No road test here—but it’s looking good so far!
