A few tips for those servicing the transmission valve body. This is on my 2008 SL55 but will apply to many different vehicles as Chrysler/Mercedes uses this same transmission for many years on many different vehicles. Changing the connector while under the vehicle takes some leverage and the right angle to accomplish. Not as easy as some other videos would have you believe due to the connector really be a very tight fit. I am an amateur hoping that what I learned helps you. I would say this is a 3 on a scale of 5 but with patience and plenty of room to maneuver under your vehicle you can do it. It is not a job for car ramps - you need to get the car up in the air (my humble opinion).
