By using liquefied natural gas (LNG) and biogas, the new Volvo FH LNG and Volvo FM LNG can reduce CO2 emissions by 20-100 per cent compared to diesel, depending on choice of fuel. Our new gas-powered trucks deliver the same high performance, drivability and fuel efficiency as their diesel equivalents.

The LNG driveline builds on diesel-proven technology, combining high performance and low climate impact. An important step towards Volvo Trucks’ vision of zero emissions.

The LNG driveline is available for Volvo FH and Volvo FM with 420 or 460 horsepower, making it ideal for heavy regional and long haul operations.
