In this self-built stealth camper van tour, I’m showing you inside the Mercedes Sprinter I converted for full-time, four-season van life across Canada.
From the sleeping area and kitchen to the storage, electrical setup and everyday living space, this is a complete look at how I turned an ordinary cargo van into a comfortable home on wheels. The outside stays simple and discreet, but inside I’ve built everything I need to live and travel full time—even through Canadian winters.
This van wasn’t professionally converted or designed to look like a luxury showroom. I built it myself around what actually works for me, with a focus on practicality, comfort, storage and staying stealthy while travelling.
