ZF 6HP26 problem - clutch slipping

The car is 2006 BMW E90 330d. It’s M57 with 231hp stock. On the video the throttle is about ~20%. Another problem that the car made was register a transmission fault code - “EGS: Ratio Monitoring, Gearshift 4-5” when being pushed hard. This happens only in D position.

Transmission is being serviced every 60k km.

Swirl flaps off
Xhp stage 3

The car is making ~290hp 600nm.
