Josh walks us through replacing the valve body plate and the TCM plug on the widely used 722.6 transmission found thousands of Mercedes cars from the late 90's to mid 00's. eEuroparts carries the plate and plug itself, as well as a kit. Go to eEuroparts.com if your Mercedes Benz is having trouble shifting correctly, and get back on the road safely with this fix! A dealer or Authorized MB service center TCM reset is required for the fix to take. Most likely the car will be stuck in 1st gear until the transmission is reset.
