The Mercedes-AMG GT is a high-performance sports car produced by Mercedes-AMG, the performance division of Mercedes-Benz. The car was first introduced in 2014 and is currently in its second generation, which was introduced in 2020.
The Mercedes-AMG GT is available in several different models, including the GT, GT S, GT C, GT R, and GT R Pro. All of these models feature a front mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout, with the engine located behind the front axle for optimal weight distribution.
The base model GT is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 469 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. The GT S and GT C models produce 515 and 550 horsepower respectively, while the GT R and GT R Pro produce 577 horsepower.
