We’ve drove this w220 s320 for over a half million kilometers.Never do any engine part rebuild and only do the period maintenance time to time.(Including spark plug and engine oil).

Now it still runs well but just leaking oil as you see.And 5th cylinder missing fire showed up around 400000km.

M112 is not a strong engine but it is reliable and economical compared to the others in the same generation.
