After replacing almost every component around the turbo and sensors I searched deeper into the issue and found this “common” problem with the om642. I hope this saves you an headache and money. So keep in mind that when you remove the turbo, you check the exhaust manifold as well. The dealer have a procedure to replace both when this code appears but your turbo can be still in good shape.
