Easy step-by-step how to flush brake fluid in Mercedes-Benz C-class C300 W205 and E-class E300 W213
- Clean filler cap and master cylinder to prevent fluid contamination Warning: Brake fluid is very corrosive - Do not get brake fluid on car paint and parts
- Remove Filler Cap and Filter
- Remove some old fluid using Turkey Baster
- Add new Brake Fluid to proper level
- Attach Power Bleeder adapter
- Fill-up Power Bleeder with one bottle of new Brake Fluid
- Attach Power Bleeder to Adapter and Make sure all connections are tight
Order of the wheels to Bleed from longest brake like to shortest
1. Rear Passenger
2. Rear Driver
3. Front Passenger
4. Front Driver
- Remove the wheel by Loosen Lug Nuts, Lift the wheel of the ground
- Attach bleeder bottle hose to brake bleeder
- Pump Bleeder pressure to 12-15psi
- Using 11mm open Brake Bleeder
- Keep pressure between 10-15 psi until you see new brake fluid from brake bleeder without air bubbles
- Close brake bleeder when you see new brake fluid without air bubbles
- Reinstall wheel and tighten to your vehicle torque specs
- Repeat steps for rear driver side
- Locate Brake Bleeder on Front Brake Caliper and repeat the same steps
- After bleeding all wheels slowly release pressure in Power Bleeder
- Reinstall Filter and Filler Cap
- Check Brake Fluid level
