Mercedes B200 goes wrong

The B200 2014 edition has issues such as the car cutting out once you have stopped, car still in gear but with the ECO function on. You proceed to press on the gas pedal to wake the car and move causes the engine to completely switch off, no power, no steering. Very dangerous and no help or guidance what to do in the situation.
